Some perfumes are a whole season in a bottle. That's 8 Café Josephine from LEDDA, and I'm calling it now: this is my autumn must-have.
One spray and I'm transported to a cozy fall day, walking in the fog with a warm latte in hand. It's gourmand, it's warm, and it smells like the inside of an upscale coffee shop rather than a candy counter. I've worn it almost daily since it arrived, and I already know it's earning a permanent spot in my fall rotation.
Let's break it down.

This one wears beautifully throughout the day, softening from those bright top notes into something warmer and more settled by the afternoon. It's not an aggressive, room-announcing fragrance, it's cozy and close-wearing, which makes it easy to layer without ever feeling like too much.

LEDDA describes 8 Café Josephine as a warm, gourmand fragrance built to capture the cozy comfort of a favorite coffee shop, opening with toasted almond and coconut milk before moving into coffee, brown sugar, and espresso.
Basically: it's the scent equivalent of your favorite fall ritual. Relatable.
Cooler weather doesn't mean skipping SPF, it just means adjusting your routine. As the air turns colder and drier, pair a rich, barrier-supporting moisturizer with your SPF so your skin isn't fighting both windburn and UV exposure at the same time.
The bottle is a moment on its own. Pretty and simple, with a vintage crystal look that feels like something pulled from an old apothecary shelf rather than a modern fragrance line. It sits beautifully on a vanity, understated but elegant, exactly the kind of bottle you don't mind leaving out on display.
Top Notes: Toasted Almond, Coconut Milk – The opening is soft and nutty, with a creamy roundness that keeps it from ever feeling too sharp or sweet right out of the gate.
Mid Notes: Coffee, Brown Sugar, Frothed Milk, Espresso – This is the heart of the fragrance, and it's where that "cozy coffee shop" feeling really comes alive. Rich, roasted, and just sweet enough without tipping into dessert territory.
Dry Notes: Madagascar Vanilla, Sandalwood, Caramelized Amber – The base is where it gets addicting. Warm vanilla and amber settle in for the long haul, grounded by sandalwood so it never feels one-note or overly sugary.
8 Café Josephine is the fragrance equivalent of your favorite fall ritual, warm, familiar, and a little indulgent. It's not trying to be the boldest scent in the room, it's trying to feel like comfort, and it nails that completely.
Personally, I've been layering it into a full little ritual: Epicuren's Cinnamon and Sugar Body Scrub to prep skin on real treat-yourself days, followed by Epicuren's Kukui Coconut After Bath Moisturizer underneath the perfume. The coconut in the moisturizer plays beautifully with the toasted almond and coconut milk up top in the fragrance, so the scent builds instead of competing, and it wears even longer because of it.
If you're someone who reaches for a PSL or a London Fog the second the weather turns, this fragrance is basically that feeling, bottled.
