Gift Card Policy

Thank you for choosing Doran Poma Aesthetics. Gift cards may be purchased for personal use or given as a gift and are subject to the following terms and conditions.

 No Expiration

Gift cards purchased from Doran Poma Aesthetics do not expire and may be used until the full value has been redeemed.

Redemption

Gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible services or retail products offered by Doran Poma Aesthetics at the time of redemption.

Gift cards represent a dollar value rather than a guarantee of a specific service, treatment, product, or price. Service and product prices are subject to change. If the price of a service or product exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount is due at the time of purchase.

Cash Redemption

In accordance with California law, a gift card with a remaining cash value of **less than $15.00** may be redeemed for cash upon request.

Except where cash redemption is required by California law, gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

 No Fees

Doran Poma Aesthetics does not charge inactivity, dormancy, maintenance, or service fees on gift cards.

 Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Gift Cards

Please treat gift cards like cash. Doran Poma Aesthetics is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, deleted, or used without the purchaser's or recipient's permission.

If sufficient purchase or gift card information is available to verify the remaining balance, Doran Poma Aesthetics may, at its discretion, cancel and replace a lost or stolen gift card.

 Appointments and Cancellation Policies

Use of a gift card to pay for an appointment does not waive Doran Poma Aesthetics' appointment, cancellation, late cancellation, or no-show policies.

If a cancellation or no-show fee is properly incurred under the cancellation policy agreed to when booking, the applicable fee may be charged according to that policy.

Promotions and Discounts

Unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion, gift cards may be used toward regularly priced eligible services and retail products. Promotional offers, discounts, complimentary certificates, and promotional credits may have separate terms and restrictions as permitted by law.

Nontransferable Account Credits

This Gift Card Policy applies to purchased gift cards and does not necessarily apply to account credits, loyalty rewards, promotional credits, complimentary services, membership benefits, or other non-purchased promotional offers. Those items may be subject to separate terms and conditions as permitted by California law.

 Additional Terms

Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards unless approved by Doran Poma Aesthetics.

Gift cards have no value in excess of the remaining balance associated with the card or electronic gift card.

Doran Poma Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or cancel a gift card that is reasonably believed to have been obtained or used fraudulently or unlawfully.

This policy is subject to applicable California and federal law. If any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law will control.
